I signed the pledge because I passionately believe in truth telling in all situations. I believe this needs to start with every one of us committing to honesty in our homes, in our relationships and the raising of our children, then in our interactions with others in our communities, workplaces and beyond. If we want to see this in our politicians then this pledge can help, but we then also need to stand behind it by committing to honesty in our own lives so that we are in complete integrity.
