I am running for office for the first time - Wisconsin State Senate - and I am doing so, in part because of the vast dishonesty and power grabs I see from politicians in Madison (and D.C.). Many of the 12 points of the Truth Pledge are things I strongly believe in and practice already. Part of the theme of my campaign is, What if I am wrong?I do not think politicians do enough checking of their own facts and beliefs. My goal is to provide solid facts, statistics, analysis and logic.
