I signed this pledge because truthfulness has not been a quality of our politicians for a very long time. Any opinion or statement must always aim to be factual and true. But almost more importantly is to admit if something you stated ended up being wrong. People will respect Congress more if more politicians admitted when they were wrong, instead of doubling down on the lie. I promise to always give all the information and my thoughts. Right or wrong, the people should have all the information and come to their own opinions.
